In celebration of Women’s History Month, join us for an inspiring panel event featuring female leaders and C-Suite executives leading the charge in AI-driven marketing and branding innovations. This dynamic discussion will explore how artificial intelligence is transforming consumer engagement, personalizing brand experiences, redefining creative strategies, and driving business growth at both local and global levels.

Dr. Patti Fletcher | Dynamic C-Suite Leader

Dr. Patti Fletcher is a dynamic c-suite leader, marketing strategist, leadership futurist, and gender equity expert with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing global organizations. Her career has been marked by category creation and disruption at the intersection of people, business, technology, and data at industry leaders such as SAP, Salesforce, IBM, Workhuman, and Limeade (acquired by WebMD). Patti currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer at LeapGreat and Chief Strategy and Practice Officer at TalentLign. Recognized for her expertise in blending marketing strategies with human capital management, she has pioneered innovations in leveraging machine learning to address unconscious bias in critical workforce decisions.


Lucinda Linde | Principal Data Scientist | Ironside Group

Lucinda is a Principal Data Scientist at Ironside Group, solving business problems with Generative AI and Machine Learning.   She has built Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions, including streamlining editing workflows, predicting wait times in retail, best prospects to sell to, fraud detection and demand forecasting.  Lucinda enjoys collaborating with people across the organization and customers to build exciting new digital and business capabilities. She's an occasional analyst on the GAI Insights GenAI News Briefing.


Pam Boiros | Bridge Marketing Advisors

Pam is a marketing leader in the technology sector, with a focus on HR tech. She is the creator of the Marketing AI Jump Start, an AI upskilling program for B2B marketing teams designed to help marketing teams harness the potential of Gen AI for better effectiveness, efficiency and creativity.

Pam is skilled in marketing planning, demand gen, events, corporate communications, and team development with a focus on driving pipeline and revenue. She previously served as CMO at meQuilibrium, Skillsoft, and other leading tech solution providers. She currently serves as a fractional CMO, consultant, and advisor to innovative early stage and growth companies at her firm Bridge Marketing Advisors.


Christine Parker | HBSAB Board Member and SVP at Quantive (& Event Moderator)

Christine is an accomplished executive in digital transformation and AI, with over 20 years of experience in data-driven business transformation and customer and employee experience optimization. A former Partner at EY, she has advised Fortune 500 companies on strategic growth and operational excellence. Currently, as Chief Customer Officer at an AI startup, Christine drives customer success initiatives and product adoption strategies. A graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program (AMP199), she also serves as Vice President of Partnerships and Co-VP of Events for HBS Association of Boston.
